Situated in Falmoth Harbour, the Antigua Yacth Club Marina and Resort is a full service marina ideally located for all the services in English and Falmouth Harbours. Historic Nelson’s Dockyard is just a few minutes walk away and Pidgeo Beach is just minutes walk over the hill.

OUR APARTMENTS

– GARDEN VIEW STUDIO: They offer a great view of the tropical gardens with views of Falmouth Harbour in the background. It comprises of a spacious bedroom, small kitchenette, and a nice modern bathroom.

They are 60 Sq Meters (637 Sq Ft), and are quite spacious and comfortable.

– SEA VIEW STUDIO: They offer unobstructed panoramic views of the Harbor and the marinas. They come equipped with a cozy bedroom with a four post bed, a good size modern bathroom, small kitchenette and a spacious balcony. They are 63 SQ Meters (679 Sq Ft).

– ONE BEDROOM EXECUTIVE SUITES: They offer a great a special bedroom/bath suite and a very large living room/kitchen. It is a split level unit with the bedroom/bathroom suite located on the bottom floor and the living area on the top floor.

This type of accommodation boasts of 2 separate balconies, one on either level, they give you stunning views of the tropical landscaped gardens and the most spectacular Falmouth Harbor.

INVESTMENT OPTIONS

The Antigua & Barbuda CIP offers 3 investment options:

National Development Fund: Acquisition of citizenship under the NDF investment option requires a contribution to the National Development Fund in the minimum sum of US $200,000 per application.

An investment of at least US $400,000 into one of the approved REAL ESTATE projects and to be held for a minimum period of 5 years.

An INVESTMENT of a minimum of US $1,500,000 directly into an eligible business totaling at least US $5,000,000 and each of those persons individually invests at least US $400,000.

**Principal Applicant $50,000, Spouse $50,000 and two dependents free until 1^st May, 2016 (applies to the NDF investment option only)

INVESTMENT PROGRAM

The Antigua & Barbuda citizenship by Investment Program

The government of Antigua & Barbuda is aimed at encouraging families and individuals to spend time and build up investments within the island and for this reason has now made available 3 options to obtain an Antiguan passport.

As an ex-member of the UK commonwealth and now self-governing country with representation at the United Nations, its infrastructure includes top class hospitals and schools along with professional services for all major needs. Hence it provides high quality living possibilities.

The Antigua & Barbuda passport is ranked in 81^st place based on countries with visa free travel all over the world, providing a holder visa free to 118 countries including the UK, most Schengen Countries and Canada.

To qualify for citizenship, the person must be over 18 years of age.

PROCESS TIMELINE

– Upon submission of your application you will be asked to pay the due diligence fees and 10% of the government processing fee.

– Antigua & Barbuda Immigration Department will then screen applicant(s) with background checks on individuals through both Interpol and Homeland Security databases.

– It is estimated that the application process will take about three to six months from the submission of the application to the approval and issuance of the passport.
